Ingredients

1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Small Banana
1⁄2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1⁄2 Cup Water
1 TBS Maca Powder
1 tsp honey
1 Scoop About Time Vanilla Whey Protein Powder Optional – 1 TBS Flaxseed Oil
